  had to close down my account because i stopped using it a while ago. even tho i was closing it down, the staff were very professional at their jobs and were all really helpful. especially one of the staff, Brian. he guided the banker who closed my account as i assumed he might be new, and everything went perfectly smooth and seamless. great service and i would return to tech cu for my future banking needs if needed.

  They are good and this review is specially for Adam Brown for his helping hand always. I never saw him and I never met him but the way he responded to the customer needs and questions us phenomenally great. He dedicate time for each small thing and try to do best he can. It is been 2 years and he is still in a ping away, try their auto loans. There have better rates and good bonus.

  The staff was friendly but ultimately not competent even a little. Our application to open a very basic account by a manager was riddled with various typos, the phone center -again polite- was unable to fix much, papers were not sent, we spent weeks unable to access the account. We ultimately closed the account and shudder to think what would have happened with bigger-value accounts like car loans or a mortgage.
