      I do all my banking with TechCU on line or with this branch for more than 20+ years. They provided all service as regular bank does. All people here are nice friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for south San Jose area. Highly recommended.

      You're a disappointment after all these years. I had an item in dispute for OVER 7 MONTHS!! During this time you NEVER communicated unless I reached out for an update. I needed your assistance with an issue I had with a merchant not delivering goods and you favored them over your CUSTOMER. I'm closing out my account after 15+ years once I found out you work for the merchant and not your customers!
