      I financed a private party sale used Tesla through the Sunnyvale TechCU. This was my first time buying a car and getting a loan so everyone was very helpful! I want to especially highlight Christine, Hoda, and Jennifer. I was in a time crunch to finish the sale and they did everything they could to expedite the process. They took care of all the paperwork and even went out of their way to overnight ship the seller’s check.

      Excellent Staff! Me and my wife went to withdraw cash for our wedding. fast forward 4 months and we went in to deposit our wedding gift cheques at 4:59 PM on a friday. I'm pretty sure it isn't the most convenient timing but the staff were very kind to us. The lady recognised us, congratulated us and helped us with our deposit. I'll be sure to ask her name the next time.

      Fabulous customer service from Sneha Sawant at the Sunnyvale branch. I needed to sell my car (financed with TechCU) and Sneha immediately set up an appointment and oversaw the payment and satisfaction of the loan. Not only was she reliable, but she went out of her way to make sure she was free at the time of the appointment to make the process super quick and painless!
