      Horrible. The communication is terrible with the agents, I get nowhere with them. I had a meeting with chip and he said I was getting comprehensive added for a couple dollars cheaper when the new law took effect, then I get the bill in the mail and it was no comprehensive added, but the cost went up.. always pay my insurance on time but when a tree landed on my house, I called to find out if I was receiving a check to pay the workers, and chip stated there was a check in the mail and hung up on me. Everytime I call, they can't answer the phone. It's like dealing with dead beats. I've gotten nowhere with these people but lied to about my coverage, they don't want to abide by the new auto reform law. Don't go with this company
