      Waited 3 Hours on the phone to get a payoff on my car loan so I decided to have my daughter go to the Weaverville branch to have them respond and use her phone due to they could not make outbound calls to my phone or the dealership to give them the information. The branch was not busy they just don’t answer the phone due to it going to a call center. Another person at the dealership had the same problem so I gave them my phone with the loan person on the phone so they could purchase their car as well. Service is tough now but that is ridiculous.

      Terrible experience. We applied online. Done all the paperwork before going into this branch. The children there were unprofessional and seemed to thrive off of childish drama. After the drawn out process, we left without having made it a joint account, although we brought in the very clear guidelines to make it a joint account. The staff here did not seem to offer the intelligence needed to deal with anything other than the flat basics. After this experience we had to hear through the community that the staff of this branch were spreading false information about our visit.
