      Shout out to Tabitha at Telco in Tyler! I went to Telco to apply for a small personal loan. I had previously applied with my bank, Texas Bank and Trust, and had been denied because my cosigner lived outside their lending area (60 miles away from the branch location.) Telco not only approved me without a cosigner, but also refinanced my car with GAP as well, and still saved me almost $100 dollars a month.

      They never open the drivethru on Saturdays on time. Card machine never works. They harass you about opening a checking account and the hours of operation suck. Just terrible customer service in general.

      I'm sorry that we missed you. We try every day to open 5 minutes early and stay open 5 minutes past our posted business times. Saturday posted time is 9 am to Noon. Our staff tries to offer services to members that we think you be beneficial to you. When our members succeed financial, it benefits everyone and makes for a stronger credit union.

      I have been a member of this credit union since 1987.. Received a letter last August that my checking account was closed and overdrawn for ten dollars of monthly fees.. and they were sending me to collections at telecheck for being overdrawn for the fees.. you know I am not sure what has happened over there.. . I haven't been to Tyler and Longview for awhile.. things must have sure changed..
