      I really liked this bank when I first switched about 5 years ago but here lately the customer service has been awful. What has changed?

      These people do not care about you. Take your business elewhere if possible. To clarify they have my first paycheck of the month tied up for days due to a technicality they created. They then compounded that by shifting blame onto their new hires. Also, they stop answering their phones before they close.
