Scott I'm sorry you did not receive the assistance you were needing, certainly that is not what we want to occur. If you can please call or email me at [email protected] or 417 886 5355 and ask for Lori I will do whatever I can to assist. I do know we have had multiple communications issues at the Republic, MO office this week (phones going down, internet offline etc.) so I do not know if that was a factor in this situation or not.
