  It has been an extreme pleasure to refinance my home with Mr. Boyce and the Temple Mortgage team. Mr. Boyce has made the process of refinancing super easy and stress-free for me. My recent divorce left my finances in a mess; and required me to refinance my home in a short amount of time to remove my ex-husband of any financial liability for the house. My credit score and several other factors deemed me unqualified to refinance, but I greatly appreciate Mr. Boyce taking the time to learn my story and express my extenuating circumstance and hardship to the mortgage company and underwriters. As a young single female, words can’t express my appreciation and gratitude to Mr.Boyce and Temple Mortgage for seeing me as a person and not just another number or assuming because I’m a female I can’t handle a mortgage on my own. Mr.Boyce fought hard for my loan approval, put a plan of attack together, and even had a plan B and C ready if needed. Throughout the entire process Mr. Boyce has been professional, courteous, helpful, and easily accessible. I was able to get all of my questions answered and all information sent to me in a timely manner. I’ve heard others who’ve used other companies complain about how exhausting refinancing can be, but with good communication and cooperation this refinance has been a breeze working with Temple Mortgage. The mortgage and lending industry needs more people like Mr. Boyce who is willing to be a customer advocate and push through challenges while not taking No for an answer.
