      Love this bank! Brooke helped my daughter set up her first bank account and was seriously so sweet! My daughter was so nervous and she made her feel comfortable and she left very excited! Wish all banks had that kind of customer service!

      On my road trip to a funeral 2,313 miles they allowed money to come out when it wasn’t supposed to. I had my account locked to prevent this and the bank unlocked my account without permission and then actually acted like I’m no responsible and I almost got stranded All during my grandmothers funeral This is so unprofessional and unacceptable Don’t bank here they are very bad They clam to be safe and all yet this experience was the worst and I constantly have problems with them, it’s literally one thing after another

      This is the worst bank in Sevierville area. Please take your business elsewhere, their employees are miserable, or at least they act as if. Their policies are horrible, their rates are stupidly high. They have a overdraft policy that is probably not FDIC insured. They rip people off, and by the actions of their employees, they probably rip them off too. If TN State where the only bank left I would probably never bank again.
