It was good when it was Sally running it. The one on Charlotte pike is now horrible with the new lady working there. Very unprofessional. I renew biweekly and the last time I went there she was closed even though the hours showed open. Today I went back to renew asking why last time was it closed when the hours shows open. All she could do was get mouthy and say “ I am the only person who works here and can close any day I want. Then after expressing disappointment in her tone, all she had the nerve to say was, “ See that door! GET OUT!” That’s not how to talk to customers and I would never recommend Tennessee title to a customer again. They are the worst place for a loan!
