  had same bank for 37 years, but suddenly they wanted me to pay them or increase balance - my first bank account was 60 years ago and I'm accustomed to friendly service and friendly smiles - researched more than several nearby banks, and then discovered Texan Bank on S. Dairy Ashford in Sugar Land - I thank them for their reasonable requirements of balance & etc. for regular working people, and gosh the nicest people work there - since have visited two other branches and found the same - Texan Bank must be the happiest bank on earth

  I tried going the "small bank where you're not just a number" route and liked that this bank didn't have fees for a business account. I've been with them for almost a year and every time I want to do something it's a hassle. I'm constantly locked out of my account and have to call to get access again, in order to send a wire I have to be added to a list that will take days to update, the app is virtually unusable... If you're looking for trouble-free, this is not the place. Other than one young man who works in there, none of the employees I've encountered have been friendly - not rude, but certainly have never made me feel welcome. I've had warmer welcomes at convenience stores.
