The ladies at this office have ALWAYS been super nice and helpful. Any time I've need to extend my due date, renew my loan, etc, they've always been great. Even when I've forgotten that my note was due and had to push the payment out a few more days, I still didn't get any of those extra pesky calls like I've gotten from other companies in the same situation. Couldn't ask for a better team!! I recommend them to everyone!

Amazing how great they treat and talk to you when you borrow money, but Don't get behind on your payments, they will harrass you, even when you set a date as to when you'll be in to make a payment. If you say you'll be in Friday for example, they will call you Wednesday or leave messages on your phone, or want you to come into the office, for what? You've already stated when you'll be in. Very poor collection practices. They should have kept Maria, she was the nicest one, never had words with her or anything, always a smile and easy to do business with. but not anymore. Once I pay them off, that's it..not worth the hassle.
