  I have a great experience in the branch while opening my account. Staff members are very friendly and helpful . Special mention to Miss Tabitha, Mr Nishath and Mr James for going extra miles and taking care of my needs

  This place has improved a bit in recent years but they still have a real problem fining people for being poor. They don't seem to want to help anyone economically disadvantaged, but would rather squeeze extra money out of their poorest members when they are at their worst. This is especially heinous considering we are in a pandemic that has had a far worse impact on lower wage earners than higher wage earners. Texans continues to enforce their "Texans CU poor people fines" without remorse. Be wary of this questionable operation. When you open an account, it automatically sets your checking to pull from your savings if you don't have enough in checking. When you don't have any money in either and an auto-draft goes through, $35. Every time. No mercy. Texans is quick to grab money that you don't have. Then the only way to prevent the "Texans CU poor people fines" from happening is by signing a physical form at a branch. Easy to enroll in the "Texans CU poor people fines" but difficult to leave. What a shame.

  I am really happy with my experience here at Texas CU. Heather was really helpful, personable, and guided us every step of the way with our auto loan. She made it simple, quick, and efficient. I am looking forward to doing more financial transactions here. I strongly recommend getting a car loan here esp for those who are just starting out! Super super great service! I'm proud to be a member 👍
