  Such a difference! Amidst everything Covid that has been ongoing, I went to my local Bank of America located just a few blocks down the street here in Prosper. To my unsurprise with this particular location... no tellers available, literally - zero. I get it.. ongoing Covid issues... but good night, you're my "Too Big to Fail" bank! They told me I had to use the ATM for all transactions to include deposits. A quick drive down the street to Texas Bank. It felt like entering the Kingdom of Heaven. Walked through the doors and 2 tellers along with a manager await at the teller desk as if they were expecting me and ready to serve. It was perfect! This bank is the largest physical bank in town and yet has the feel of a small town bank, exactly what Prosper needs. The folks who work here treat you as if they've known you the entirety of your life and I love it. Such a vast difference in service and relationship between BIG Bank of America and TX Bank! Step in and see the difference for yourself.

  Update: My banking experience keeps getting better. I had had accounts with them for over 2 years and the relationship keeps growing. I appreciate that when I stop in they know who I am and address me by name! We are starting a new business and of course I knew ahead of time where I would be banking. Debbie and the whole team are amazing! We love banking at Texas Bank!

  This very well could be the best BANK in Texas.. Hands down the best customer service, and friendly staff... Mrs Peggy, Nate, Sarah, Valerie, & Debbie do an outstanding job...
