I’ve been with TBT for over 20 years. The team provides exemplary service. Jennifer Harper is excellent for loans. Absolutely a pro. They have wonderful programs for young people to get a head start on being financially responsible. I’ve moved many years ago but will continue to have TBT be my primary bank to manage my money. Slowest drive through. I don’t think I’ve ever sat at the drive through for less than 15 minutes before even being helped. Once I do get asked what I need, it’s at least another 30 minutes before what I need is completed.. It doesn’t matter if there’s no one else at the drive through, it’s always slow. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry.
