  It depends on who u talk to I have been doing business since December never late on a payment but still every time a payment is due my god u would think I was trying to skip out u get several phone calls on due date they want to know what time u will be there my god I know u close at 6 I can read the one lady is supper nice and u can tell a good person and does an awesome job but this one is just like the guy they got rid of of maybe u should go work for a collection agency I will pay off my loan in full and I am so done Maybe I was in a bad mood and I am sorry u have been very kind right after I said what I said I became covid positive had to stay home for three weeks so I decided to pay my payments on line hope u accept my apology

  My experience here was awesome!!! I wish I could get this kind of customer service everywhere I go. When I arrived, I was furious due to the fact that my significant other with whom I shared a checking account had spent the weekend in Vegas with his buddies & didn't even leave enough money for food & gas, so I very desperately needed cash immediately to get to work & feed our four hungry kiddos. The lady who works there, Connie was soooo, SO sweet & understanding. Not only was she professional, she was also extremely empathetic to my situation. She got me all calmed down, and she very quickly got the loan finished & made it so very convenient for me!! Words cannot express my gratitude for this very courteous, patient lady. By the time I left, I was so happy & knew everything was gonna be better than okay.
