  The worst customer service ever. The rudeness was out of nowhere after I was in disbelief that I had to leave my 95 yr old Mom in the car to give a thumbprint instead of sending the ink pad through the canister in the drive through. As I walked inside, the drive through teller pointed to another teller and told me to go to her station. The drive through teller literally was saying things to provoke a fight. One girl was covering up for another by posing as her supervisor when I asked for the supervisor after she said something to me when I glanced her way. Trying to talk my mother into changing banks. My mother has had account with Texas 1st for over 40 yes in Houston and had a wonderful relationship with the staff and the manager over there. So disappointed the Baytown location is not anything like the Beechnut location.

  I've only recently started to utilise my relativley new account here after a 5 month hiatus in my home country of Ireland,and being somewhat of a technophobe I'm not well versed in internet banking and even general internet transactions as such.Oliver and Liz and Chloe are consummate professionals who go the extra mile to facilitate customers over above and beyond the call of duty. Generally a pleasant atmosphere inside and all the staff are friendly and amicable,resulting in the constant sound of the customer satisfaction bell ringing. I highly recommend Texas First bank for anyone looking to open a new account or anyone who may be experiencing difficulty getting a bank account, especially anyone disconcerted by the service they recieve in their current institution,I've been there myself and am honored to be treated with the respect and courtesy extended to me here.I look forward to a long and illustrious relationship with this fine institution.
