  Manager on duty was combative for no reason, he argued for everything. Everyone is under trained, the lady helping me knew nothing and needed help with everything and while I was leaving the 2 women in the back sent the wrong money to the wrong car and the customer just drove off.

  Hi Kris, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We do have one new employee in training at the location, so the other staff are asked to help as needed and things may take a little longer. We do appreciate your patience with that. We have also investigated and are certain that no customer drove off with the wrong transaction. That said, we always strive to provide the best experience for our customers! The manager was on vacation last week, but she is interested in learning more about what happened.   This is the slowest Texas First Bank ever. Waited for teller to do a cashiers check for over 20 minutes . Man in lane next to me has been in line for over 30 minutes and is taking all his money out of bank bc of taking so long.
