  This review is a little overdue, but I need to share my experience for everyone who is looking for a great Mortgage Broker. Scott Dill was incredible throughout my whole process. I was nervous and also unaware of the process, and he was there every step of the way. He did not sugar coated anything, and he worked so fast and so thorough that made the process seamless, it really took the stress away. He was professional but also went above and beyond on everything for me and made sure I was aware of mortgage terminology. I am forever grateful and look fwd to continue working with him and would recommend him to my family and everyone I love, he gets the best deal available, he works directly with the realtor, he provides options and knows his stuff. Very happy with my decision and very happy to vouch for him!

  I've used Scott Dill for several years now on several initial home loans and refinances. Scott is very attentive to details, gets the paperwork in order well before closing (no issues during underwriting), and communicates often to me during various stages of the loan and making sure things are on track, even when on vacation! I highly recommend Scott, he will ensure that your homebuying or refinance process is smooth so you can focus on other things in your life.
