I was there a few weeks ago cashing my check when I was offered to open an account with them . I was okay I’ll give them a try so the first time I made an appointment online never got a call back then I went again in person the following week to cash my check. I asked why they didn’t call me ? They told me the person who does that isn’t in they won’t be in until the following week . I was like okay why didn’t anyone call me to let me know then they told me to come in after work I did . I went again this second time I went back the guy in the lobby told me that the other guy that was helping another person could help me the other guy gave the other guy a look and told me to go sit down and wait in a rude manner I was like okay then the guy went a head to tell the other guy he didn’t have time and that he was very busy and I am at this point not happy with his attitude and his rudeness I just got up and left . If they didn’t want to help me then they should have just said so instead they decide to be rude and unprofessional about it . I will never open an account not to mention my boss has an account there . So I have to gave them a 2 on rudeness and unprofessional behavior.

This is by far the slowest bank I have ever did business at. I waited in line for 15 minutes when there was nobody ahead of me before I even received my money from the check that I cashed while the workers we’re just sitting there chitchatting and talking. I do not recommend coming to this bank for anything if you don’t want to waste any of your precious time
