  I have used TXRB for my business banking needs for the last 10 years and they have always delivered high quality service. Local banking with the personal touch that is missing with the larger banks. If you don't want to be just another account number at a large bank I recommend TXRB.

  For ethics they flunk the sniff test. No money out of their pocket, did NOT add a night deposit before debits. EVEN the branch manager would not over ride a bad call of an employ. it is true the people that do the grunt work are nice. You will like them.The ones that make the decisions however are unscrupulous. If you do business with them do so knowing the ethics are not a strong suit.

  For the last 11 months or so I really liked this bank. Then we had a problem that I feel to be completely unacceptable. For almost a year I was happy with the employees and my deposit handling / bill pay functions for the most part even though doing transfers to our other bank could take up to 4 days - depending on the day of the week you started the transfer. But recently we had a situation. We were headed out of the country for several weeks. As a result it was necessary to arrange pre-planned payments for a number of accounts in the future. Two of these were rent checks on our commercial art studio space. I specifically had a conversation with the landlord about this and post-dated 2 checks so they would be deposited and paid at the appropriate time. For reasons I cannot explain the landlord deposited them all at once right before we left the country. And TRB PAID them. They could have called me since they were dated way in the future - and the comment line indicated the MONTH they were written for. But no. Instead they paid them. If they had called me first we could have resolved this without having to get busy and start transferring funds AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE. The whole reason I chose a small bank was to get personalized service. Not personalized abuse. I am moving my accounts elsewhere. Any recommendations for the North Dallas / West Richardson area?
