Recently Started a business and needed to set up business accounts upon hiring my first employee. Called a huge bank first, assuming I'd get a rep with enough experience to answer extremely basic questions to see what kind of accounts I needed (because I had no experience in this field). Their inability to answer a single one of my questions was astonishing to me. Fast forward to calling TSB. I don't think there was any question I asked (no matter how simple or dumbed-down) that I didn't get a quick and satisfactory answer for. I'll let you guess where my accounts are ;).

I have been with TSB since they opened and cannot imagine banking anywhere else! This is a bank that knows who you are...even the little guy like me. In this day and age that is almost unheard of and very much appreciated! Over the years I have had several mishaps and overlooked some things and the bank's service has been exceptional. Once I was overseas and had someone steal my debit card information. I've been on the way to the airport and forgotten to set a travel notice (more than once). I've had funds removed from my account (that I did not receive) by a foreign ATM. I have received personal phone calls when something didn't seem right with my account, and more. Friendly and efficient help has always been just a phone call, online chat, or email away and without a frustrating phone tree to get through to the right department or person. I highly recommend Texas Security Bank and hope that the things that set them apart from other banks will never change!
