Texas Security Bank was really helpful to me during the PPP loan process. I have a business account with Chase but their team did not even return my calls and so I looked for a local bank to partner with instead. Shon and his team jumped on board and guided me on how to apply for the PPP loan in just a couple of days despite the fact that I did not have an account with them previously. I was very impressed by their level of customer service and genuine empathy for my situation as a local business owner. I remember they were working around the clock to support me and other small business owners during this confusing and uncertain time. That being said, now my business account is about to shift over to Texas Security Bank and we are looking to expand our company with their loan process. Big kidos to Shon Cass , Mary Grace Thoennes and other team members who have been helpful since day one. Thank you

I have had very good Service with the people Inside the Garland Branch, but I do find their Phone System to be very weak. When you call the Branch and if the Operator of Receptionist is not there, instead of rolling over it just tells you to leave a message and you cannot press O to get to someone else. Very Poor in my opinion; and that is why they only got 4 Stars.
