If I had known we were contractually bound to use this Title company I wouldn't have agreed to extend the offer in this manner. Needless to say this company has no sense of urgency about getting things ready/done for the closing. Closing was delayed due to poor coordination and understanding of CA state laws about closing and signing the documents. The delay in getting the keys messed up our scheduled move. Review is for the Allen location and Team Dana.
