      This is for the office on Montwood. It’s a shame this escrow company has such garbage customer service. Communication with our escrow team was terrible. I called to ask about closing money and reached someone who knew absolutely nothing, left a message for the escrow officer to call me back and she never did. As a matter of fact, we never spoke to her. Then I had called to ask a question on another matter and when I asked the escrow assistant, she whispered about it to a coworker and laughed. Super professional! To top things off, they jerked around so much that our deed didn’t get recorded until over a WEEK AFTER CLOSING. Pretty sure that it only was recorded then because I emailed asking about it. Do not use this company!

      The worst company we have ever dealt with. They do not return calls they do not bother to answer your questions when you actually get them on the phone. David is evasive and has no clue what he is taking about He is very unprofessional. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
