I have been a member since 1985 will not bank any place else. I have had several loans across the years. Great service and I always get excellent service responses.

Predatory practices, especially around fees. Will opt you in to allow you to overdraft your account and charge you $30 each time, then try to tell you that you should have known better or had your accountset up differently. Been a member for several years and will be closing my accounts and moving on. Edit to add, this is after already talking to your team, today. They removed only 3 of the 8 fees charged to me (most of the transactions were small, everyday purchases). Also, I have to make a trip out of my way to deposit money to prevent additional fees on pending transactions since they won't take care of it without charging another fee.
