      This was my first time visiting this new location. This is a relocation of their downtown location and it is very nice inside! Clean and bright. The ladies were very helpful and nice ( they always are!) Comfortable little waiting area. Big parking lot to the side of the building. There are a few spaces close to the building also. I have banked with Texas Trust for about 30 years, it has changed names a few times, but I have always had good experiences. I enjoy banking here and I definitely recommend this credit union.

      Been with Qualtrust now Texas Trust since 2005 it's been great. We have had a loan for our RV, a Home loan, and personal loans. They have been nothing but helpful to us. Treat them how you would like to be treated and you will get that same respect.

      I had a very positive experience opening account for my daughter. The person who helped me was friendly and informative. I also like that their lobby is open on Saturdays and not just the drive thru. No complaints, thinking about switching, myself.
