      My husband and I were having one of the worst days ever. We lost our home, got stuck in the snow, keys got locked in the car, and now that we FINALLY found a vacancy at a hotel we were going to get some cash out of the atm. However, the atm didn’t give us the money but it still took it out of our account. I went to the window to talk to the women at the bank. The lady had a terrible attitude and told me “it Happened to me too but since you don’t bank here there’s nothing I can do about it. It’s your banks problem” I asked her why they didn’t have a sign out there and she answered with attitude that it works fine. I started crying because the day couldn’t get any worse. My husband went over there to try and solve the problem but they said they couldn’t do anything. Long story short, the cops came and we got trespassed off the property. They did end up finally giving us our money though. All I know is that lady is a terrible person. Don’t bank here.

      The ATM ate my money. It made the krrrr sound and the little light turned red and I started crying so hard cause that’s my RENT money. I pressed on the little tray and it made the krrrrr sound again then stopped completely. I will never use a ATM again.
