I opened an account with Texas Bank Financial a few months ago, and I'm very sorry about that. Today I received a rude letter from Linda L. Weatherfors, Texas, where she described my debit card transactions at the Food Store as inappropriate and threatened to close my account. I think she does not understand what she is doing, in other words, employees are unprofessional here.

They have this lady name Zen who is very rude through the phone and does not help what so ever. Customer service should always be a priority to a bank, I shouldn’t have to call multiple times and get the same Ugly attitude from the same person!!!
