      I've used this bank since 1998. Today, I needed a new debit card due to fraudulent activity on mine, and they went out of their way to make sure I got it before their lobby closed. They have always been friendly and helpful. Awesome customer service that needs to be recognized!

      My mother is 90 and has used this bank for years. We were surprised with a letter that said her accounts must be closed within 30 days and automatic deposits after that time would be returned to the sender. No explanation. We began the “nightmare” process of trying to reroute all her automatic deposits and auto-pay bills. I ran into technical difficulty and called Texas Bank’s support line. Apparently the accounts were “flagged.” The support person was rude, condescending and offer zero assistance. This has been the worst banking experience. I will never recommend this bank.

      I’ve used this bank since 2013 and had no issues until recently. In the past 3 months, they’ve lost my deposits 4 times & charged me random overdraft fees. Will be closing my account
