Never fails. Same little girl makes you feel insulted. Makes you feel like you are there to rob the bank. If she could get away with it, she'd frisk you. Every person in that bank, has always treated me professional except this particular whippersnapper.

If someone has been a little overzealous or terse in her communication regarding the hat policy, that is not our aim but is something we will address. I had the absolute best service from Miss Brittany Mosbaugh, she went above and beyond everything I even needed during my visit. I actually can't wait to visit Texel credit union because of her and the other ladies who very nicely brought me coffee and shared laughter and great conversation.
