When I first arrived at texell, Rochelle was extremely warm and welcoming, as well as informative. She gave me the information I needed to understand if the loan I was after was feasible. I hope texell realizes the potential she has. Steven Rodriguez went above and beyond to help me finalize this RV loan. He was very quick to act when hurdles arose and kept me informed at all times. He has a great personality and it showed throughout the process. I will definitely be consulting with Steven in regards to moving my accounts to Texell. Wes was also great to work with in regards to informing me of the insurance coverage opportunities texell was willing to offer me. I will be consulting with him as well. And last but not least, Sam Camacho was also very friendly and professional with his follow up calls to me regarding further services texell could offer my wife and I. Looking forward to continuing business with Texell!

Not impressed with them. Applied for a loan, all appeard good, then nothing. Ghosted. Didn't have the decency to acknowledge me. Just ghosted.
