  I just recently left Bancorp South and started banking with Texell, I will say that the customer service has been a pleasure to deal with. A million times better than Bancorp.

  Worst experience ever!! Constant issues with the “ Branch Managers” . I have a poa in file and I always run into issues with just making a PAYMENT one of the managers refused to give me her name once I stated I was getting an attorney involved she initiated an argument with my husband and started a fight and stated she was calling the police . Had issues since 2019 with just trying to make a payment. From them hiding fees and sending me to collections for $20 payment when asked why there were fees they stated “ I don’t know “ then they disappeared I asked for information for headquarters and the Hispanic chick got rude and demanded we leave . The first instance I had the Russian manager scream at me after she kept my ID . Will not recommend . I have contacted an attorney regarding this location

  Any member who experiences less than excellent service is of chief concern to us. But after having researched your issue in depth, you were asked to leave the branch after you verbally abused our staff and even threatened violence. Members come first at Texell, but we are also committed to providing a safe work environment free from any type of abuse for our team members.

  I have had the absolute worst experience with Texel, the company systems are at least 5 years behind the majority of banks/credit unions. My auto loan has had to randomly submit insurance and if not they add a ridiculous cost to your loan. I have 2 other loans for vehicles with other institutions and have never had my auto loan increased because their systems can’t check our insurance which has never lapsed once. We have submitted our insurance 5x in the last 90 days to have our auto increased by $371 for 90 days because they are so slow to respond and check emails. I submitted copies 3 times alone in April to still not have it updated and it’s now May. I do not recommend this bank if you want modern technology, or mobile deposits if you want to drive to the bank to do everything this will be fine for you but as a busy citizen, I couldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.
