I have been with texell for going on 5 years I believe . Even got my first vehicle refinanced through texell . Fast forward to Jan 5 2021 I was approved for my second auto refinance with a David Perez . I was about to docu sign my papers . And I was going over them and I see that David was adding gap and somthing else to my loan with out even asking me if I want it . I called him out on it and he first said I couldn't get approved with out it . Then it changed to you can still get approved but at a higher interest rate . Talk about sneaky I'm deciding today if I want to even continue with the refinance or if I need to close my accounts , with that kind of did honesty with employees that's hard to trust the bank it self
