I’ve been a member since 1993. This is the best credit union by far. The staff is so great and so professional. I financed 5 vehicle loans,several signature loans, two home loans and I was never was turned down for any. It’s a pleasure of doing my business with TFCU! I💕 the kenworthy branch!

This is by far the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. Your account is constantly getting hacked and in order to receive a new card you have to pay a $15 convenience fee unless you want to wait 7-10 business days to receive a new card in the mail but last I checked we all have lives and bills to pay! I'm closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. Do not trust this institution with your money.
