      I have been charged so many fees for overdraft when I clearly had enough funds in my account. I have asked for help and received rude responses over the customer service line, and told there is nothing that can be done. I have not had a fee to my account until recent months. I have lost over $30 worth of my money to their unwarranted fees. Once I pay everything off, I will be closing my account. Edit: I did receive an email from manager Jose, who was very helpful and listened to my side of the story. He was able to assist me and mend some of the damage that was done.

      Worst car payment process ever , takes 3 transfers , nobody can assist , seems like this car loan is going to be an extreme headache…

      STAY AWAY THIS IS A PREDATORY COMPANY! They check your credit score when they shouldn’t after you already have a loan with them, they will add 6000$ to your account if they think you don’t have insurance. My husband was in the field with NO PHONE HE HAD INSURANCE THEY ADDED 6k on his account causing his credit score to go from the 700’s to the 500’s stating that it was missed payments because they added their own insurance on it his credit score has not been the same since no matter how much he does and although they removed it Stay away from them please
