  My experience with Omar Abich from the Abich Group, Jocelyn Estrada and Maria Tinoco from Simple Mortgage has been nothing less than exemplary. Loan Originators like Omar are far and few in between. Omar worked relentlessly on obtaining a commercial loan for us. Never giving up until he found a lender of whom we could work with. Omar had to spend 8 months working to find the right lender who would approve a loan, with good terms, for us. Many Loan Originators would have given up right away or after a few weeks, but not Omar. He left no stone unturned. He would maintain communication with us throughout the whole process. Always keeping a positive attitude in finding the right lender to work with us. Being that our loan had its complications, Omar often told me that he was not giving up that easy. He didn’t. He pulled out all the stops and succeeded 8 months later. Our loan funded on November. Simple Mortgage is the lender whom funded our loan. Many thanks and much more appreciation to Jocelyn Estrada, who drove the long distance from Pasadena to Fontana to bring the documents to us. Jocelyn and Maria worked closely with us to process our loan as smooth and as efficiently as possible. They both kept us abreast of all documents needing signatures and to be reviewed. They both communicated with us on a regular basis. They worked with us to maintain the processing timelines up until the day that we funded. They made the process go smooth and basically easy. This is not my first experience financing or refinancing loans with Omar and the Abich Group, and believe me, it won’t be my last. I went elsewhere before and was not offered the same top-notch quality service that I always get from Omar and the Abich Group. I have no reason to go elsewhere. I am Loyal to those who take real good care of me. I have and will always recommend Omar and the Abich Group and Simple Mortgage to all my family, friends, and anyone who is need of home loan financial assistance. Thank you, Omar, Jocelyn, and Maria, for all you have done for us. Looking forward to doing more business with The Abich Group and Simple Mortgage.

  Omar was amazing! He always kept me in the Loop of how the process was going and made sure I wasn't being taken advantage of in any way. Even after the process was completed if I had a question he would still reply! Omar and his Team were GREAT.

  Omar was amazing through the entire process. He kept me informed throughout the lending process. He treated as more than a client, treated me as family. Very respectful and kept the loan process on time to coincide with the sale of my home and purchase of new home. His work ethic and values are the best.
