  Great place to do business with. I've had to use their pawn service several times and they've always been easy to work with and helpful when I've couldn't get a payment in on time.

  So I just want to warn people since I made the mistake of purchasing a ring that was claimed to be silver stamped and all. It turned on my finger and turns out is magnetic. I took it back only to be made aware of the no return policy which I get in most cases but the ring was marked for sale as silver so please just check what your getting from there if you’re getting jewelry. I haven’t dealt with them for anything else so I can’t speak on the rest of the establishment. I wish they would’ve just refunded my measly $15 bucks and avoided this review and had more business but it is what it is.

  We are sorry for your bad experience here. We try to test or verify the stamping on all precious metal jewelry that comes in, but there will always be a few fakes that make there way through. That's unfortunately the nature of the pawn business. If you had the receipt from the purchase we may have been able to help out. Unfortunately without the receipt we have no way to remember every transaction, and people try to scam pawn shops all the time. We had no way of verifying that the ring is question came from us. We hope that we can earn your business and trust again in the future. Again we are sorry for your bad experience.
