      Working with John was a smooth process. I worked in the banking industry previously so I knew what to look for and how things should go. John presented me right away with some options we selected one and moved directly along meeting the bank and closing on the loan with no complications. We are a small church in Riverview so every dollar counts. What's exciting is we recently closed and he already has options for our construction loan. I now have an established relationship with a VP of a bank and John who has access to the banks. God is good and greatly to be praised!!!

      John is the best! Our property type was considered "non traditional" and presented many challenges, but John was able to link us up with the right people to get the job done. After 11 years of business we are happy to announce that we will finally be owners of our building. I will recommend John to everyone I know. But also.... the man doesn't sleep. Unbelievable response time on all communication. He's "the guy" that will get it done. Cheers John!
