Since moving, I have had a wonderful experience with the Bank NA. Specifically the Stillwater location. Tiegan has been WONDERFUL to work with while I have been in the moving transition. While I did have some issues from moving she went above and beyond and is excellent in her communication skills with the customers and doing anything she can to help me with anything involving my accounts. Everyone else I have spoken to has been fantastic and wonderful. I could not be happier with my experience!

Awful experience. My mom made me a savings account that I could dump money into as a kid, then when I turn 21 and I am supposed to be able to take it out like they said I’d be able to, I need mommy to come get it out for me? You guys need to choose better words. We were never told she’d have to come take MY money out of MY savings account after I was no longer a minor. I desperately need the money, hence why I was taking it out of my savings, and now I can’t pay for what I need to because this bank is holding my money hostage until my mom gets back into town, no telling how many days I’m going to have to wait for that. Point is, I’m an adult, you guys said I can access my account when I turn 21 and now I cannot. I’m very glad to not have followed my moms choice of bank and I’m very happy with chase bank as they don’t hold my money hostage. I will be telling friends and family not to set up accounts at this bank. They blatantly lied to us, they’d do the same to anybody. Don’t invest. 2/10 experience, the guy was friendly but no help and the principles that this bank goes by are backwards.
