      I just opened an account at the branch in Abingdon Virginia about a month ago. Recently,there was an issue of my bank information being used by someone else. Never did I imagine that if there was an issue with my account would I be treated so rudely when inquiring about the issue as I was by a particular teller a few days ago. I was embarrassed to be treated like whoever the person was that commited the fraud instead of the victim of fraud. I was going to recommend to family members and Church associates that they should use this bank, I will not do so now and have given great thought to possibly closing my current account.
