I went to try to cash a check and arrived at 11:53 and the tellers were out in their vehicles already if I could I would rate lower than 1 star for the wasted time and gas. Supposedly open till 12 p.m. not today apparently. Edit: Since there are claims they weren't out in their vehicles and it was still open. I will take pictures next time.

Good Morning, Mat Man. We don’t understand why you were unable to conduct business at The Bank of Chilhowie on Saturday, October 9. Our lobby was open until 12 noon on that day. Our lobby teller did not clock out of the bank until 12:06 p.m. No Bank of Chilhowie tellers “were out in their vehicles at 11:53” a.m. Our drive-through lanes were open until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9. Please call us if you need additional information about our hours of operation. We sincerely appreciate your business.
