Employees are friendly. That's the one star and that's it. Lobby is closed on Saturdays! No coins in the drive though thanks to the New ATM only type drive through conversion. Might as well just online bank only! As per my previous review...I'm so done with this banks overprotective Shazam Security System! Can't pay my Metro by T-Mobile phone bill on line. Constantly get security holds on even the cheap ebay purchases since the sellers are nationwide. Waiting an extra week on an $11 Bluetooth Speaker and a $4 USB cord because I didn't know they were blocked until I checked my voice mail. Have been working and correcting the security for a solid 12 months now!

Do not like the service and the people! They're extremely rude! The branch manager who was once a rookie couple years ago thinks he run everything! Extremely RUDE!!!! Rudest people I've ever met at this Bank!!!! Wish they had better people like they did years Ago!!!
