      Good customer service and they have live teller machines now. So don’t assume they are just ATMs, I know I did!

      Now that our only remaining locally owned bank, Bank of Fayetteville, has been swallowed up by a larger bank I just found that both downtown branches have been closed on Saturdays. Their "service" fees have all gone up as well. I think it is time to switch from just another privately owned Big Box Bank with shrinking services to its account holders to a not for profit credit union. We have 2 here in Fayetteville to choose from. Unify Credit Union is open on Saturdays but UARK Credit Union is also closed on Saturday.
