      I just re-financed my car loan through Capitol One. The rate is lower and it is easy to make a payment. Through the Bank of Glen Burnie, it was very difficult to make a payment. Very inconvenient. They also have an app but you can't even use that to make the payment. Too ghett-o for me. The dealership set me up. Next time I buy a car, i'm going to make sure i tell them up front not to set me up with any small, unknown hood banks. I'm a good customer and I pay my loan on time every month. I don't need the aggravation.
