      Received a credit card offer for an Aspire credit card with NO credit check required. Weird, I think, but thought I'd take the chance. Didn't need the credit card, but it couldn't hurt to have another. Wham, bang, thank-you-ma'am, they did a credit check that week. Am I surprised a credit card needed a credit check? No. Am I surprised they were so unashamedly evil to LIE and DECEIVE to obtain another customer, here in the heartland? YES. Be cautious.
