      So my bank has changed hands. I can't even get in to cancel the account. I am utterly disappointed in this transition. In addition this bank is closed when it is said to be open. Your hours are poor for anyone who works 9-5 and now ur closed on Saturday. When the am I supposed to get to the bank?!

      It is true that Beneficial has changed hands for select locations. The first day was rough and there was a wait to see the tellers and CSR's. Overall they have improved and it is better than Beneficial and soon WSFS will be based on other reviews. Their mobile app and web based bill pay are way better than Beneficial was. So give them a chance, I think they are still better than alternatives. The only downside is that mobile deposits are limited to $2500 and they issue one ATM card per social security number.
