  The reason I don't rate lower is because all the problems we have had with this bank are due to it's parent bank (The Bank of Marion). The ladies in Saltville are very nice & try to be helpful. It doesn't seem like they know much though. They definitely can't make many decisions without contacting the parent bank. We've had problems with our big check from the sell of a house being lost & never credited to our acct, to $500 cash also being lost. We've had problems getting debit cards & checks. The bank in Saltville ordered them (they say) but the parent bank never made either.The bank in Saltville have nice employees but the Bank of Marion is awful & incompetent. We have to keep checking on things just to make sure it's getting done. NOT a good sign when u are dealing with money!
