      As a business owner, I have been so impressed with my experience with The Bank of Tampa. Not only does the local branch know me and my company by name when I walk in the door, they take service to another level. I was a long time customer of a large corporate bank and got fed up with waiting on hold just to ask a simple question. You won't find any hold times when you work with this bank and you will always get your questions answered without being transferred to several different departments. I most recently did my PPP loan with The Bank of Tampa and worked directly with one of the bank's Senior Vice Presidents to make sure my loan application went through and was ultimately forgiven. I highly recommend this bank! I will be a customer for life.
